We ship to the countries listed below on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
Please note that the final price at checkout does not include local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and will be collected directly by the courier or local postal authority upon delivery, depending on the destination country's customs regulations (*Please note that the package cannot be delivered without settling these local taxes and associated handling fees). [International Returns & Refunds Supplement]
For international orders shipped under DDU terms, please note the following regarding returns and exchanges:

  • Customer-Requested Exchanges (e.g., Size Exchanges): For exchanges due to customer reasons such as size discrepancies, all associated costs—including return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and reshipping fees—are entirely the customer's responsibility.

  • Return Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with international returns and exchanges (including return shipping fees from the customer to us, and reshipping fees for replacement items) are entirely the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees and initial delivery handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Because we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, any local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable by us.

  • Customs Declaration for Returns: When shipping items back to us from overseas, to prevent unnecessary import duties and customs clearance delays in Japan, you must clearly mark the package and customs invoice/declaration as "RETURNED GOODS - FOR EXCHANGE / REFUND".
