These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of swagger.jp (the “Service”), operated by GIATH LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by the Company.
A legally binding sales contract is formed when an order confirmation email is sent by the Company to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed on individual product pages and may vary depending on destination country, currency, or exchange rates.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are described on the Shipping Information and OVERSEAS SHIPPING SERVICE pages.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers cannot specify shipping carriers.

7. Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.

Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies, applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond our control, and we assume no responsibility for such delays.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless otherwise explicitly stated.

All logos, product images, visuals, videos, text, designs, trademarks, and all other content displayed on the Service (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of the Company or its legitimate licensors.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan, as the court of first instance.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Revisions will take effect upon posting on this website.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Language

These Terms are provided in English for convenience.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
