If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
Please note that pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, error, or sizing issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the following items:

Items that show damage, stains, or wear caused by the customer

Size exchanges requested for customer convenience

Items that have been altered, customized, or modified by the customer

Items that have been washed, cleaned, or repaired

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Items with damaged, missing, or discarded packaging, tags, or instruction materials

Items returned in a condition significantly different from when delivered

Items not returned in unused condition with all original tags attached

Items returned without the original packaging included at delivery
Accepted Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges and cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

Damage incurred during shipping (excluding damage to protective packaging)

Return Procedure
Please contact us in advance before returning any items.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return address and procedure.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
