Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we cannot process refunds after this period has passed.
Additionally, for pre-order items, cancellations and refunds are not available.
<We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following conditions:>

In the cases listed below, return shipping will be free of charge:
- Defective items
- Damage incurred during shipping (damage to protective packaging is excluded)
- Incorrect items sent due to our error
- Items must be unused and in the original condition as delivered (we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, cleaned, or altered)
- Returns must include all tags and original packaging as received
Please note that if the return or exchange is due to customer error, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
<Even within 7 days, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted under the following conditions:>
- Items that have been used, even once
- Items damaged or stained due to customer negligence
- Items that have been altered, customized, or modified by the customer
- Items that have been repaired, cleaned, or washed
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items with damaged, missing, or discarded packaging, manuals, etc.
- Items returned in a significantly different condition from the original delivery
- If you paid by credit card, the transaction will be canceled..
- For orders under $150, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Only the product price will be refunded.
