Your order will be shipped via EMS.
Please note that we cannot specify a carrier.
For pre-order items and certain products, shipments may be divided.
Shipping Date
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery dates may vary depending on order volume.
Changing Delivery Date
If you need to adjust the delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier directly as indicated in the shipping information provided by our customer service team after purchase.
- Free shipping is available for orders totaling $150 or more (including tax).
- For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies worldwide.
- Gift wrapping services are not available.
Missed Delivery and Holding Period
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be provided by the carrier. Please arrange to receive the item within the available holding period.

Returned items will be processed at our discretion; thank you for your understanding.
- For prepaid items, any unclaimed orders will also be returned to us.
- If an address issue or unavoidable reason prevents delivery, your order may be canceled. Please contact customer service if you wish to reorder.
- In some cases, re-shipping may not be available.
- Once a cancellation has been processed, we cannot reship the item. To purchase the item again, please place a new order.
- In the event of prolonged absences, unclaimed items, or repeated requests for re-shipping, we may limit your ability to use our services.
