Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped via OCS, DHL, or EMS.
Please note that requests for specific shipping carriers cannot be accommodated.

Pre-order items and certain products may be shipped in multiple separate packages.


Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that orders placed on Sundays, Japanese national holidays, or during consecutive holiday periods will be shipped on the next business day or later.

Shipping schedules may vary depending on order volume, inventory status, or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Delivery Date Changes

If you wish to change your delivery date after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided after shipment.

Please note that we are unable to modify delivery details once an order has been dispatched.


Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping services are not available.


Absence During Delivery & Storage Period

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a delivery notice.
Please arrange redelivery and receive your package within the carrier’s designated storage period.

If the package is not collected within the storage period, or if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, the item may be returned to us at our discretion.

For prepaid orders, unclaimed shipments will also be returned to us.


Failed Delivery & Order Cancellation

If delivery becomes impossible due to address issues, customs restrictions, or force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or customs delays), the order may be canceled.

If you wish to place a new order, please contact Customer Service.
Please note that re-shipping may not be possible in some cases.

Once an order has been canceled, items cannot be re-shipped. To repurchase, please place a new order.


Repeated Delivery Issues

In cases of prolonged absence, repeated delivery failures, or multiple re-shipping requests, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend future use of our services.


Liability Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
